We make our products in Sussex, England, and we ship to most countries in the world. Our services to USA, Canada and Western Europe are especially fast.

    How fast will my order be shipped?

    We offer a rush service and a standard service to all countries.

      • If your order is placed before 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the same day
      • If your order is placed after 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the next working day
    • With our standard service we should have your order made and its way within 3 working days. Please be aware this time can increase during busy times such as in the lead up to Christmas - but when you review the shipping options at checkout, any delays we have will be reflected in time estimate you are given. 

      When you get to checkout, you will see the estimated number of days it will take (in total, inclusive of making and shipping time) for you to receive your order. While this is not a guarantee, it is correct 95% of the time.

      Can I ship to a PO Box address?

      UPS and DHL can't ship to a PO box address, as they require a proof of delivery, so please don't set a PO Box as your delivery address.

      We calculate duty & tax at checkout, so it's fully accounted for in the price you pay. We then prepay all the duty and tax automatically on your behalf, wherever you are in the world. This means that, once you have placed your order with us and checked out, you will have nothing further to pay.

      Hebe is a Crêpe de Chine square with a hand rolled edge. The scarf is inspired by our popular Imogen glove, which was originally designed by the late, great, Cornelia James for the Parisian department store, 'Les Trois Quartiers'. The Hebe scarf is available in two colourways - a soft grey or a lively pink - making it perfect for any occasion.

      Material: Silk Crepe de Chine

      Silk crepe de chine is defined by its distinctive crepe weave, created using highly twisted silk yarns. This construction gives the fabric its subtle, matte, softly pebbled surface — refined rather than glossy, with depth and character that becomes more apparent the closer you look.

      The hand feel is exceptionally soft and smooth, with a gentle grain that gives the silk a reassuring grip. Unlike high-shine satin silks, crepe de chine is less slippery, making it easier to style and more comfortable to wear throughout the day.

      Its natural fluidity allows the scarf to drape cleanly and elegantly, falling without stiffness or bulk. The fabric moves beautifully with the body, holding soft folds rather than sharp creases.

      Crepe de chine also absorbs dye remarkably well, resulting in rich, even colour with excellent clarity and longevity. Thanks to the twisted yarn structure, it resists wrinkling better than many other silks, helping the scarf maintain its shape and finish with minimal care.

      The result is a silk that balances elegance with practicality — luxurious, wearable, and timeless.
      Care Guide

      Silk crepe de chine is a resilient, wearable silk, but benefits from considered care.

      • Cleaning: Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cold water with a gentle silk detergent. Do not soak.
      • Washing: Gently agitate by hand only. Avoid wringing or twisting, which can disturb the crepe structure.
      • Drying: Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
      • Ironing: Iron on a low silk setting while slightly damp, or steam gently from a distance.
      • Storage: Store flat or loosely folded. Avoid hanging for long periods to prevent stretching.
      • Handling notes: Crepe de chine resists creasing better than many silks, but sharp folds should be avoided for long-term storage.

      With proper care, crepe de chine maintains its drape, texture, and colour beautifully over time.
