We make our gloves in hand sizes from 6 to 8½. To find your glove size, pass a tape measure around the widest part of your hand - usually over your knuckles, excluding the thumb. The result, in inches, is your glove size. If you are between two sizes, round down to the lower.

How do I guess someone's glove size?

If you are buying gloves for someone and don't know their glove size (and don't want to ruin the surprise), their height can indicate their most likely glove size. Please note, this is statistically most likely but won't be correct 100% of the time.

Where do you ship to?

We make our products in Sussex, England, and we ship to most countries in the world. Our services to USA, Canada and Western Europe are especially fast.

    How fast will my order be shipped?

    We offer a rush service and a standard service to all countries.

    • With our rush service
      • If your order is placed before 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the same day
      • If your order is placed after 12 noon GMT, your order will be made and shipped the next working day
    • With our standard service we should have your order made and its way within 3 working days. Please be aware this time can increase during busy times such as in the lead up to Christmas - but when you review the shipping options at checkout, any delays we have will be reflected in time estimate you are given.

      Can I ship to a PO Box address?

      FedEx and DHL can't ship to a PO box address, as they require a proof of delivery, so please don't set a PO Box as your delivery address.

      No. We pay all import duty and tax automatically on your behalf, wherever you are in the world. Once you have placed your order with us, you will have nothing further to pay.

      ‘No more cold hands, ever’. An ambitious aim and one that informs the design of the Cornelia James possum lined ski mitten. Why a mitten? Mittens are warmer than gloves because your fingers are cosily moshed up together in the same space and there is less external surface area allowing naturally generated warmth to escape. Leather on the outside, full possum fur lining on the. inside and breathable, waterproof membrane in the middle - you'll wonder how you managed without.

      Dimensions

      Wrist Length. This is a 3 inch glove. This is measured from where the thumb seam meets the wrist, to the opening of the glove.
      Leather & Possum Care

      There’s something deeply grounded about a glove that combines the structured strength of leather with the wild softness of possum fur. Together, they create a contrast that works — firm on the outside, warm and yielding within. This isn’t a combination that craves frequent attention, but one that values balance: keep the exterior calm, and let the interior breathe.

      It’s a glove made to last — and to be left alone, most of the time.

      Let It Balance

      The leather exterior prefers to be untouched. Avoid creams, oils or water. A soft brush of talcum powder can ease away minor scuffs. As for the possum lining, give it space. If it ever becomes damp, allow the glove to air dry slowly, reshaped and flat — never twisted, never rushed.

      Care Method

      Apply talcum powder gently to the leather surface and let sit for 48 hours before brushing away. If gloves become damp inside or out, blot carefully and lay flat to air dry, away from heat or sun. Avoid compression when storing.

      When Texture and Shape Need Support

      For gloves that have lost their structure or whose lining feels compacted, a leather and fur care specialist can clean and revive both layers without compromising their character.
