There is a 60 day return window on all items. This means that, within 60 days of your order being shipped, you can return the items in your order for a refund or store credit. The items must be in unworn, re-saleable condition and please ensure the presentation box and any other accessories such as storage bags are safely packed.

Return for instant store credit

If you would like to exchange your items for anything else, choose instant store credit. This will be emailed to you as soon as you click confirm return and you can use it to order any replacement items from our store.

When you choose this option, we send you a free return shipping label in addition to a 10% bonus on the original purchase value.

Return for refund

If you would like to return your items for a refund, please follow the return instructions. Your refund will be issued when your items are received by us, and the refund will be made to your original payment method. Refunds are for the value of your order, minus shipping costs. You have the option to purchase one of our return labels, or use your own service.

Return handling fees

If your return* comprises two or more items and you are returning for a refund, we charge a 10% handling fee on the value of your return. If it is four or more items, we charge a 20% handling fee. Many of our gloves are made to measure, and this is to cover the cost of making any alterations needed so the items can be restocked.

We strongly encourage you to book a video stylist appointment with us, where we can show you different styles and colours and help you narrow down your choice! Material swatches are also available to order, with shipping charges reimbursable as store credit.

Returning from the EU, EFTA and Canada

If you are returning from a country in this region, please note we paid duty & tax on the outbound shipment which can't be recovered. Therefore, 20% is deducted from your refund value.

Returning monogrammed items

Unfortunately we can't accept returns of monogrammed items. Please choose your sizing carefully and contact us if we can help in any way.

We offer return shipping labels at cost. Please complete your return and a link to purchase will be visible on your return confirmation page.
