Select the item that you wish to buy and click the "Buy" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping click the "Proceed to checkout button". You will be asked for the personal details that will allow us to complete the order and deliver the goods and then prompted to "Confirm" by clicking the continue button.

This will bring you to the payment process. We accept online payment by credit and bank debit card. All our prices are in British Pounds Sterling and, for customers within the EU, include VAT @ 17.5%. If you are ordering from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the sum payable into your currency on your statement. Postage and carriage charges will be added as per the charges set out below.  If for any reason postage charges are greater we will contact you before despatching your order.

You can amend your order at any time up until the point at which you complete payment.

When you have completed your payment a receipt will appear on screen which you should print out and retain for your records. It will also be emailed to you. If you cannot print the receipt out please make a note of the receipt number.

Your credit/debit card will not be charged until we are ready to despatch your goods and a contract will not exist until your order has been accepted, processed and dispatched.

UK customers should allow up to 7 days for their order to arrive and overseas customers 10 days. If we are unable to keep to these delivery schedules we will contact you. If we are not able to deliver all or part of your order we will contact you.

If at any time you are unhappy with the ordering process please contact us directly by ‘phone or email.

Returns policy.
In addition to your statutory rights we will accept the return of goods for exchange or refund for up to three weeks from the date of delivery to you. After this time only faulty goods may be returned. When returning goods please obtain a proof of posting. Except where goods are faulty the cost of returning goods will not be refunded.
