These sizes roughly correspond to the circumference of your hand in inches without the thumb. To determine your size measure around your hand with the tape measure passing through the knuckles of both your little finger and forefinger and excluding the thumb. Round the resulting number down to the closest size – i.e. if your hand measures more than 7” but less than 7½” the size 7 should be good.
